UBIKAIS is the new system that we made to offer Aeronautical Information over the Internet in real-time.

Administrative responsibilities are on KCASA(Korea Civil Aviation Safety Authority) but we SRAA(Seoul regional Aviation Administration) build and manage this computer systems.

We provide the information that is important in Korean Flight Information Region including NOTAM, PIB, Weather condition, Airport traffic information and flight plans Reception, verification, distribution. This information is based on Annex 15(Aeronautical Information Services) that one of ICAO standard and recommended practices(SARPS).

From analogue based information production to digital aeronautical information management.

AIM recognises the need to move from inflexible, slow to amend products to the management and provision of Aeronautical Information. Finally, AIM will be based on fully digital, interoperable, data processes as opposed to the current semi-automated AIS driven mostly by paper based products.

Finally It will guarantee Aeronautical Information Integrity.

We are building integrated and extended systems using Aeronautical Information Exchange Model that makes exchange the information all over the world.

furthermore, we are building ubiquitous Aeronautical Information Systems including in-flight phases.
